We now offer heat pump financing through the National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF) to all Maine residents! NEIF was created to provide trusted financing for homeowners like you so that you have the opportunity to make your home and building safe, efficient, comfortable, and healthy. They have many great funding options to fit your budget!

 

NEIF offers fixed monthly payment options so that you can choose what works best for you. With 3 different term options at 36 months, 60 months, or 120 months, all fixed rate and no prepayment penalties or hidden fees if paid off early!

 

We also have payment options if you would prefer doing a 12 month, deferred interest loan.
